Please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns
Returns will not be accommodated if the goods are not in the same condition as when dispatched.

Products may be used, but they must be in their original condition and returned with original packaging to be eligible for review.

No returns will be accepted for change of mind.

Returns are applicable only in cases of manufacturing defects.

Products with physical damage or damage caused after delivery will not qualify for returns.

No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Exchanges
Exchanges may be considered only for products with manufacturing defects.

All exchanges are subject to the sole discretion of the Store Manager.

The Store Manager’s decision shall be final.

General Conditions
All returned products will be inspected before approval.

Any item that does not meet the above criteria will not be accepted.

All rules and policies are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

Customers are responsible for the courier charges when returning a product to us for inspection, including cases where a defect is suspected. Once the product is received and inspected, if a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will reimburse the return courier charges and arrange delivery of a replacement product at no additional cost to the customer.
